Meerim Tilekova, an advisor of the Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan, has been placed under house arrest. Sirojiddin Kamolidinov, head of the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office, told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, such a preventive measure was chosen by the Karakol City Court.
«Meerim Tilekova was placed under house arrest for a month by the decision of the first instance. However, the prosecutor’s office appealed this ruling in the Issyk-Kul Regional Court,» Sirojiddin Kamolidinov told.
Alymkadyr Beishenaliev told that his adviser, who was a secretary of his deputy, was questioned by the SCNS officers. They threatened the girl with violence, in connection with which she does not leave the house.
Three deputies of Alymkadyr Beishenaliev and employees of the ministry made a statement against the Minister of Health. According to them, Alymkadyr Beishenaliev conducts unjustified personnel policy. In particular, Meerim Tilekova was appointed to the position of secretary of Deputy Minister of Health Uluk-Bek Bekturganov. In April, the girl wrote a resignation letter, and the next day she was appointed advisor to the minister. Meerim Tilekova was detained on May 17.
