Kyrgyzstan has signed a memorandum with the Chinese company Guangdong Xinjin Energy Development. Kyrgyzindustry OJSC informed 24.kg news agency.
According to the company, the sides will open the Kyrgyz-Chinese Development Fund with the charter capital of $200 million. In the future, it will increase up to $1 billion.
The countries will also cooperate in mechanical engineering — assembly of electric cars (from 10,000 cars per year). There are plans to work in the field of renewable energy sources, e-commerce and create a logistics center in Kyrgyzstan.
«The predominantly important sectors of cooperation also include IT technologies (artificial intelligence, unmanned aerial vehicles), provision of commercial satellite services,» the statement says.
