Russia lifts restriction on the entry of citizens of Kyrgyzstan by crossing the state border of the Russian Federation from May 16. Website of the government of the country reports.
It is noted that the Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, on the eve of the May holidays, held a meeting of the operational headquarters for prevention of import and spread of a new coronavirus infection.
As a result, restrictions were lifted on the entry of citizens of Armenia, including by crossing the Russian-Georgian section of the state border of the Russian Federation, and Kyrgyzstan into Russia, as well as on the exit of citizens of the Russian Federation to Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
The decision was made taking into account the stabilization of the epidemiological situation.
The restrictions were introduced by Russia in the spring of 2020.
