The situation on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh section of the state border is characterized as stable. The Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Restrictions on crossing the state border of Kazakhstan at land checkpoints with Kyrgyzstan were lifted on April 11, 2022.
From midnight on April 11, Kyrgyzstanis began to cross the border through Ak Zhol checkpoint. Reasons for the border crossing are no longer required.
It is noted that citizens can cross the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border through Chaldybar, Ak Zhol, Ken-Bulun and Tokmak checkpoints.
Empty vehicles can cross the border through Ken-Bulun checkpoint. When crossing the border, citizens of Kyrgyzstan and foreign countries must have a PCR test result made within the last 72 hours, or a vaccination certificate for a period not exceeding six months.
Kyrgyzstanis who are going to enter Russia through the checkpoints of Kazakhstan should clarify information about entry at the Embassy of Russia.
