Former member of Parliament of Kyrgyzstan Abdurakhman Abdullaev was sentenced to 20 years in prison. The Supreme Court confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
The board of the Supreme Court left the decision of the Jalal-Abad City and Regional Courts in force.
Abdurakhman Abdullaev was involved in the criminal case on June events. In 2011, the Jalal-Abad City Court found him guilty under the articles «Complicity in murder», «Mass riots», and «Inciting national (inter-ethnic), racial, religious or inter-regional hatred».
Abdurakhman Abdullaev had been a deputy of Parliament from 2005 to 2007.
