New Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Dinara Kemelova has been introduced today to the staff of the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The ministry reported.
Dinara Kemelova was born on July 24, 1971. She graduated from Faculty of Law of the Mikhail Lomonosov Moscow State University.
She has been working for the Foreign Affairs Ministry since 1995. In 2015-2019, Dinara Kemelova was the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.
Her last place of work — Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Korea.
She has the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic.
