Exchange rate of the U.S. dollar has slightly dropped in Kyrgyzstan, but still remains above 90 soms.
Today, exchange offices of the capital and commercial banks buy the currency for 92.5-94 soms and sell for 95-96 soms. The official rate is set by the National Bank at 93.291 soms (4.7 percent growth).
The exchange rate of the Russian ruble is still extremely low. It is bought for 0.5-0.9 soms and sold for 1.12-1.15 soms. The nominal rate is 0.9971 soms (6.51 percent drop).
