Nurlan Sharshenaliev appointed new Vice Mayor of Bishkek

Personnel changes in the capital’s City Hall continue. Nurlan Sharshenaliev was appointed a Vice Mayor of Bishkek. Press service of the City Hall reported.

Nurlan Sharshenaliev is a native of Kemin district. He was born in 1985, has two higher educations: economic and legal ones.

«He started his career as a specialist at the financial department of the Oktyabrsky district administration. He worked for the departments of housing and communal services, organizational work, legal support and interaction with law enforcement agencies of the City Hall,» the press service noted.

Earlier, Nurlan Sharshenaliev served as the First Deputy Head of Kemin district administration, and later became its head. «He was also the head of Nooken district state administration, Deputy Minister of Energy and Industry,» the City Hall added.

It became known on Thursday that the mayor dismissed Taalaibek Orozov from the position of the Vice Mayor and appointed him the head of Bishkekvodokanal.

In January, the mayor of Bishkek Aibek Dzhunushaliev signed decrees on creation of new sub-structures of the City Hall — Department for Management of Municipal Property, Department of Transport and Development of Road-Transport Infrastructure and the Municipal Inspection on Control over Improvement and Land Use.
