Educated young people are our country’s greatest potential and hope. The President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov said at the traditional New Year’s party for children, which was held at the Toktogul Satylganov Kyrgyz National Philharmonic Hall.
The head of state noted a growing number of educated young people in the country, giving hope for the future.

As a result, more and more young people want to get education and hope for the future. Educated young people are the greatest potential and hope of our country. If you study at school with good grades, respect your parents, love your country and strive forward, this will be your contribution to the development of Kyrgyzstan. I urge you to fulfill the dreams of your teachers and parents who want a bright future for you. After all, your parents want their sons and daughters to become like Zhusup Abdyrakhmanov, Iskhak Razzakov, Ishenaly Arabayev, Suimenkul Chokmorov, Tattybubu Tursunbayeva, Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg,» Sadyr Japarov wished the children.
At the New Year performance, children presented the President with the symbol of the year — a toy tiger. Participants of the New Year’s party received gifts made in Kyrgyzstan.
According to the press service of the president, 1,100 children from 8 to 14 years old from all regions of the country were invited to the event. Excellent students, winners of Olympiads, international competitions and tournaments, children from orphanages, children of ethnic Kyrgyz from the Little and Big Pamirs of Afghanistan, children of law enforcement officers and servicemen who died performing their duties, children from low-income families and children with disabilities were among them.
