A foreigner who was recruiting Kyrgyzstanis into illegal criminal gangs was detained in Kyrgyzstan. Press center of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) reported.
«Citizen of one of the neighboring states was detained on November 24 within the framework of pre-trial proceedings. A PM pistol, four knives, special means, two mobile phones, a large amount of religious literature, seven bank cards, video and audio files of terrorist content were found in his possession during a search,» the statement says.
