Water consumption is 401 cubic meters per second, and the inflow — 100 cubic meters. A year earlier, the volume of water in Toktogul water reservoir was over 11 billion cubic meters.
On March 3, deputy of Parliament Saidulla Nyshanov called on the government to save electricity. He reminded that Toktogul reservoir has a low volume of water compared to last year.
