UNDP provides Interior Ministry of Kyrgyzstan with respirators

Personal protective equipment was handed over to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan before the upcoming elections of deputies of local councils. UNDP reports.

The organization purchased and handed over 5,280 N95 respirators of Makrite brand.

«The upcoming elections are the most massive public event. Despite the decrease in daily cases of coronavirus infection, the epidemiological situation in Kyrgyzstan remains tense,» the UNDP said.

Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have repeatedly received personal protective equipment from the UN Development Program in 2020. In total, they received over 7,500 PPE units and three oxygen concentrators.
