Seven employees of the Department of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance tested positive for coronavirus for a week. The acting Deputy Director of the Department Tolo Isakov told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, the deputy director, laboratory doctors, and the driver became infected. «This is explained by the fact that our employees work with contact persons, travel as part of mobile teams, and are engaged in sampling,» Tolo Isakov noted.
He added that employees who are not involved in the epidemiological work on COVID-19 switched to remote work.
