At least 17 documents as well as a joint statement were signed today as a part of the state visit of the Russian President Vladimir Putin to Kyrgyzstan.
In addition, the following bilateral documents were signed:
— Protocol between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation on amendments to the Agreement on the status and conditions of deployment of the joint Russian military base;
— Agreement between the Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation on cooperation in the field of military courier and postal services;
— Protocol on amendments to the agreement between the Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation on cooperation in the supply of oil and oil products;
— Memorandum of Understanding on the intensification of trade and economic cooperation and exchange of experience in the implementation of national projects between the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation;
— Agreement between the State Service of Intellectual Property and Innovations (Kyrgyzpatent) and the Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the Russian Federation on granting access to the patent retrieval system PatSearch;
— Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Company Kyrgyz Temir Zholu and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Russian Railways OJSC on projects for development of a railway network in the Kyrgyz Republic;
— Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation;
— Memorandum between the State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the field of physical culture and sports;
— Agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Service for Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the implementation of the International Medical and Sanitary Regulations;
— Agreement on cooperation between the State Commission for Religious Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Agency for Ethnic Affairs of the Russian Federation;
— Roadmap between the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic and Gazprom PJSC regarding investments in the oil and gas industry;
— Agreement on cooperation between VTB Bank (PJSC), Alliance Group Joint Stock Company and Alliance Altyn LLC;
— Agreement on cooperation between the Russian Direct Investment Fund and the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund;
— Memorandum between Astra Solar LLC, Hevel LLC and VEB on export of products;
— Roadmap on cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Eurasian Development Bank for 2019-2021;
— Agreement on cooperation between the Association of Universities of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Union of Rectors;
— Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service.
