Residents of Kara-Suu district complain to Vladimir Putin about outrage

Residents of Kara-Suu district of Osh region of Kyrgyzstan ask the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, to convey their message to the head of Kyrgyzstan, Sooronbai Jeenbekov.

The appeal states that the head of Kyzyl-Kyshtak rural administration oppresses local residents and is engaged in extortion, intimidation and blackmailing.

«The head of Kyzyl-Kyshtak rural administration of Kara-Suu district, Sharabidin Kaparov, taking advantage of impunity, files lawsuits against ordinary farmers and villagers. The amount of claims is 1,500 million soms. Ordinary citizens do not have confidence in judicial and law enforcement agencies — only the rich win in courts, and corrupt officials are always right,» the letter to Vladimir Putin says.

The residents of Kyzyl-Kyshtak rural administration explained that they had already used all possibilities of meeting with the authorities of Kyrgyzstan, so they decided to turn to the head of the Russian Federation.

The letter contains a request to send this appeal to the President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov and to organize a personal meeting with him.
