Melis Turganbaev was appointed a Chairman of the State Penitentiary Service of Kyrgyzstan. The Information Policy Department of the Government reported.
The decree was signed by the Prime Minister Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev.
Melis Turganbaev has already been introduced to the staff.
