Kyrgyzstan takes 89th place in World's Safest Countries 2019 ranking

Kyrgyzstan took the 89th place with 11.43 points in the World’s Safest Countries ranking, compiled by Global Finance.

Experts studied the situation in 128 countries of the world, based on three factors: war and peace, personal security, and natural disaster risk.

According to the magazine, Iceland is the safest country in the world, Switzerland takes the 2nd place, Finland — the 3rd. The top 10 also includes Portugal, Austria, Norway, Qatar, Singapore, Denmark and New Zealand.

Kazakhstan took the 44th place in the ranking with 9.5 points, Tajikistan — 68th (10.48 points), Russia — 108th place (12.94 points), Ukraine — 116th place (13.91 points).

The most dangerous countries are Guatemala, Yemen and the Philippines.
