According to its data, on November 1-3, a significant drop in air temperature is expected: in Chui, Talas valleys at night to −8 degrees, in day time to −3 ... + 2; in the valley zone of Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions — at night to −5 degrees , in the daytime to +8; in Issyk-Kul basin — at night to −10 ...- 5, in the afternoon — near zero; in the east of Issyk-Kul basin and in the agriculture zone of Naryn region — at night to −15 degrees, in the afternoon to −6 ...- 1, in mountainous areas at night to −17, in the afternoon −7 ...- 2 degrees, in high-altitude areas at night to −30.
West wind of 4-9 meters per second is expected, in Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions — with gusts up to 17-22 meters per second.
Build-up of snow on wires and trees is forecasted. On the mountain and foothill sections of roads, snow drifts, packed snow, ice crusted ground are expected.
Unstable weather will complicate grazing and keeping of cattle on pastures, work of communications enterprises, energy and utility services.
