Parliament deputies demand to speed up the demarcation of the border of Kyrgyzstan with Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Deputy Umbetaly Kydyraliev stated.
According to him, kilometers of strategic highways in the south and north pass through unagreed areas, and the neighbors have already placed their border poles there and have gone deep into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan confirmed this fact and explained that the delimitation of the border with Kazakhstan had already been completed and the sections would be demarcated as soon as possible. Negotiations with Uzbekistan continue.
Deputy Marlen Mamataliev added that Kazakh investors were developing open pits that are located in disputed areas.
