The prosecutor’s office of Tyup district returned building of a kindergarten to state ownership. The press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Kyrgyzstan reported.
In 2003, Kudurga rural administration illegally issued a decree on transfer of the building and land of a state kindergarten to the balance of a private orphanage Meerim Bulagy.
«Kudurga rural administration did not have the right to transfer the building and land to private ownership, since it did not have the authority to privatize communal property. The prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit to the inter-district court of Issyk-Kul region on cancellation of this resolution. During the trial, representatives of the private orphanage asked to return the building to the state. After it, the supervisory authority issued an order to the rural administration and ordered to eliminate all violations in the documentation,» the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
