The Procurement Department of the State Property Management Fund told 24.kg news agency why the tender for selection of an appraiser for the evaluation of Alfa Telecom CJSC dragged out.
The announcement on the public procurement portal was posted on April 5. The opening of bids took place on April 26. However, the commission did not have time to study all documents within the allotted time.
«This is an assessment of the state company. There are a lot of materials, we did not have time to study them, so we asked the bidders to extend consideration. Nobody objected or complained,» the Procurement Department explained.
The department noted that the results were planned to be announced this week.
The Center for Property Valuation and Expertise AL-STAR is ready to calculate the cost of the mobile operator for 2.6 million, Forpost-Otsenka LLC — for 3.4 million, Rossiyskaya Otsenka CJSC — for 3.3 million soms.
The last two companies are registered in Moscow.
The State Property Management Fund is ready to pay an appraiser 3.8 million soms. A year ago, 100 percent of Alfa Telecom CJSC shares were estimated at 13.5 billion soms.
