Ex-Minister of Energy, deputy of the Parliament, Osmonbek Artykbaev, came for questioning to the State Committee for National Security.
It is known that he was summoned to SCNS for face-to-face interrogation within the criminal case on modernization of Bishkek Heating and Power Plant.
