The Pervomaisky District Court chose for him a preventive measure in the form of detention in Bishkek remand prison 1.
Bakytbek Murataliev was charged under Articles 304 (abuse of office) and 307 (illegal use of official position in the process of privatization, taxation, customs or licensing activities) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz republic.
He, like the former head of the State Property Management Fund Bolsunbek Kazakov, is named in the case on sale of Maxim Bakiyev’s cottages at a low price that caused damage to the state.
