The Botanical Garden named after Gareyev is still a part of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. The National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic informed 24.kg news agency.
According to it, the plan of modernization of the garden includes development of not only scientific, but also scientific educational, scientific cultural activities.
We want to assure our citizens and the active part of our society: the Botanical Garden will be preserved as an academic research institute on the basis of existing nature protection documents.
