Recall, parliament deputies in the second reading consider the amendments to the law on preventing and combating human trafficking.
According to the State Secretary of the State Migration Service Nurlan Sheripov, in 2013 nine cases of human trafficking were registered, and 13 people were brought to criminal liability.
«In 2014, 20 criminal cases were initiated, 15 citizens were punished. For 6 months of 2016, seven criminal cases were registered, six people were brought to justice,» the official added.
