Kyrgyzstanis included in top three most unabiding foreigners in Moscow

The top three the most unabiding foreigners in the opinion of the Moscow police are the Ukrainians, citizens of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by Russian media.

According to them, in 2017 foreigners committed more than 4,500 crimes. At the same time, the absolute majority of them are the residents of Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

Earlier, the prosecutor’s office made a collective image of a typical criminal. According to the supervisory authority, this is a man between the ages of 30 to 49, who has a secondary education, but who doesn’t have a permanent income.
