Electronic voting was secret. 70 deputies voted for his candidacy and 6 — against.
Earlier, Kulmatov headed the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, the State Customs Service, was the mayor of Bishkek, worked as an advisor to the president and plenipotentiary representative of the government in Chui region.
