«Poisoning associated with public catering enterprises, declined sharply. More often cases of botulism occur in everyday life and are associated with the use of canned home-made foods,» the Ministry of Health noted.
In 2015, 165 cases of food poisoning were registered. Suffered 366 people, 9 died. In 2016, 138 cases of food poisoning were investigated with 304 victims with 7 deaths. Of these, 12 cases with 16 victims are associated with catering enterprises.
