Energy holding to pay 12 million soms for introduction of KPI

The National Energy Holding will pay 12 million soms for the development of key performance indicators (KPI), the public procurement portal reported.

National Energy Holding Company JSC is the main shareholder of JSC «Electric Stations», «NES of Kyrgyzstan», «Severelectro», «Oshelektro», «Jalal-Abatelectro», «Vostokelectro», «Bishkekteploset» and «Chakan HPP».

In order to effectively manage its subsidiaries, Energy holding intends to introduce key performance indicators (KPI) at its own expense. When forming a fair wage system by motivating the personnel of subsidiaries, the main emphasis is on achieving certain company goals.

The project is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the work of energy companies’ employees. The motivation system based on key performance indicators serves as an excellent incentive for the company’s employees to achieve high individual results, useful for fulfilling the main, strategic goals. The better the employee performs his tasks, the more reward he gets.
