Kyrgyz officials tell about installation of speed humps in Kyrgyzstan

The director of Bishkeksfaltservice municipal enterprise, Mirlan Amanturov, told 24.kg news agency about the rules for installing speed humps in Kyrgyzstan.

According to him, the speed humps are installed according to Eurasian standard GOST R 52605-2006. According to the requirements, the height of the obstacle should not exceed 7 centimeters. The width is set from 3 meters. Speed humps will be painted like a zebra crossing (yellow and white stripes).

At present they have been already installed near 33 schools in the capital. According to the plan, the street humps will appear at 80 schools and 74 kindergartens. In addition, Bishkekasfalservice installs new road signs.
