President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev considers his first visit to Tatarstan seminal. He told journalists about it after the talks with the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
According to the head of state, the parties managed to agree on all points. And he admitted that he had high hopes for this meeting, because Kyrgyz and Tatars are fraternal and related peoples.
«Of course, I hoped that we will outline some ways of breaking through both the economy and the humanitarian sphere. I think now we had a very good conversation. We have outlined a number of activities, plans in all areas. Therefore, I believe that it was a seminal visit. I am glad that it turned out fruitfully to hold negotiations," Almazbek Atambayev said.
«I am impressed by how beautiful Tatarstan is. How many times has Vladimir Putin told me what a beautiful city this is. I convinced myself now. I am glad of the success of the Tatar people," he added.
