Andash Mining Company revoked license for field development

Andash Mining Company lost its license to develop a gold deposit. The State Committee of Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use reported.

It is noted that the commission on licensing has decided to revoke the right to use the subsoil. The license issued to Andash Mining Company was canceled on the basis of the Law on Subsoil of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It says that the reason for annulling the license is the failure to eliminate the reasons for the suspension of the right to use the subsoil on time. The company did not timely submit a report.

Earlier, the State Committee of Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use suspended the license of Andash Mining Company.
