Relatives of the detained supporters of Sadyr Japarov held a campaign «Mother’s Heart» near the White House in Bishkek and appealed to the head of state.
«We ask the president to be fair and to free our brothers. Some of them have 8 children. Their families were left without a breadwinner," Yrgal Bekmuratova, participant of the rally, said.
The campaign involved mainly women, whose sons and relatives were detained on March 25 during a rally near the State National Security Committee (GKNB).
Aigul Japarova, the wife of ex-deputy Sadyr Japarov, told 24.kg news agency that his supporters intend to continue peaceful rallies.
