Jalal-Abad region leads in terms of agricultural loans amount

Jalal-Abad region is the leader in terms of the amount of concessional agricultural loans received within «Financing of Agriculture-5» project. Zhumgalbek Sagynov, Deputy Director of the State Agency for Budgetary Credits Management under the Ministry of Finance, told at a press conference.

According to him, since the beginning of the year, 892 entities have received loans for 302, 375 million soms for the development of agriculture.

As a whole, as of April 6, at least 3, 373 agricultural producers received loans, the total amount of funds — 1, 241 billion soms. Batken region received least of all favorable loans: 220 entities received 70.1 million soms.

As the official said, 6 commercial banks are involved in «Financing of Agriculture-5» project, Ayil Bank had issued the largest volume of loans.
