Among the protesters are the deputies of the Parliament Aida Salyanova, Almamabet Shykmatatov. A total of about 200–300 people participate in the protest.
Today, the Bishkek City Court is to consider the appeal of lawyers of Omurbek Tekebayev on changing his measure of restraint. By decision of Pervomaiskiy district court, the leader of Ata Meken party was arrested for 2 months — until April 25. Lawyers apply for changing the preventive measure to house arrest.
The deputy of Parliament Omurbek Tekebayev is accused of fraud and corruption. He is in pretrial detention center of GKNB.
