Zastupnik mobile app for prompt assistance to children available in Kyrgyzstan

The Russian free mobile app Zastupnik, which allows to help children in dangerous situations, has become available in Kyrgyzstan. The press service of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) reported.

«A unique Russian development that allows to come to the rescue of a child in trouble within a few minutes has become available in the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic,» the statement says.

It is noted that the specialists of Zastupnik Assistance Center, together with IT specialists from Skolkovo, made changes to the application — expanded geolocation, connected the ability to register from foreign numbers. All functions in other countries are also free and are constantly updated.

In the first week, more than a thousand users installed it abroad.

«We believe that the child safety system has no territorial restrictions, and the idea of the project itself will help to increase the level of child safety, save the lives and health of millions of children in any country in the world,» said project manager Alexander Petrukhin.

Foreign users are authorized using a code sent to an email address, and not via SMS, as in Russia. Parents can also choose maps with the best detail for their region in the application. Emergency services receive the calls abroad.
