A failure in the operation of WhatsApp and Telegram messaging apps has been registered. Users of the apps in Kyrgyzstan reported the disruption.
The apps do not receive or send messages on both mobile devices and desktop versions.
According to foreign media, problems have also been recorded in Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Not only Telegram and WhatsApp, but also many other services and websites are not working well in Russia.
Problems are reported with access to Wikipedia, Discord and Skype, the gaming platform Steam, and AppStore.
