At least 14 people, including a six-year-old boy, have been killed in a roof collapse at a train station in Serbia.
According to the country’s Interior Ministry, a concrete canopy collapsed at the Novi Sad train station, and 30 more people were injured.
The Novi Sad train station was built in 1964, and recently underwent major repairs, but the concrete canopy was not the subject of reconstruction, the Serbian Railways Infrastructure Department clarified.
The Novi Sad authorities declared three days of mourning, and a one-day national mourning was declared for November 2.
