The former chairman of the board of TNK Dastan OJSC Ruslan Osmonaliev has been appointed assistant to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov. The company confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
The former head of Dastan was solemnly seen off on October 17, noting that he was «a competent manager, a far-sighted leader, a person who knows how to make decisions in a critical situation.»
The new assistant came instead of Temirbek Erkinov, who, in turn, was appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs also by order of the head of the Cabinet Akylbek Japarov.
Ruslan Osmonaliev was born on October 4, 1985 in Issyk-Kul region. In 2015, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State Construction, Transport and Architecture University, and in 2021 — from the Kyrgyz State Law Academy.
He began his career in 2009, working as a security officer at TNK Dastan OJSC. Then he was a security officer at Kyrgyzgiprostroy OJSC, head of the paramilitary security at Ulan OJSC, and headed a private company.
