President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov laid a capsule at the construction site of Yntymak residential complex in Bishkek, which is being built by State Mortgage Company. The presidential press service reported.
According to it, it is planned to build 18-story buildings with 8,100 apartments on 18 hectares. In addition, the complex will have a school, two kindergartens, and parking lots. Commercial premises will be located on the ground floors.
«The head of state emphasized that more than 40,000 apartments with a total area of 2 million square meters are being actively built in the country. He noted that multi-story buildings are currently being built in regional centers, and starting next year, construction will begin in district centers and cities,» the statement says.
He said that the State Mortgage Company, together with Eldik Bank, launched the Accumulative Mortgage project, which significantly simplifies the acquisition of affordable housing. In addition, mechanisms are being developed to support orphans from orphanages and a new project, Contribution to the Future, is being prepared.
It is reported that half of the apartments in the new complex will be provided on preferential terms to social workers, and the second half — to migrants and other citizens with the condition of a 50 percent contribution to the construction. The president explained the need for prepayment by the fact that these funds will help speed up the construction of housing for other citizens waiting for their turn.
