The former head of Cadastre state institution in Osh region was detained while trying to bribe an employee of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS). The press center of the state committee reported.
According to its data, the man, abusing his position, illegally made changes to the General Plan of Achy housing estate in Datka area. Together with interested persons, he allocated plots for individual housing construction, although these lands were intended for social facilities.
As a result, he was detained and placed in the pre-trial detention center. Investigative measures are underway.
