SCNS announces illegal privatization of bus station in Tokmak city

The fact of illegal privatization of Tokmak PATP OJSC — the bus station in Tokmak city — has been revealed. The press center of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCNS) reported.

The investigators established that the bus station was privatized in 1997 by private individuals — at that time the state share was 30 percent, but no dividends from the bus station’s operation were transferred to the state.

«During the pre-investigation check, the shareholders of Tokmak PATP OJSC admitted the fact of illegal privatization of the bus station and voluntarily transferred the facility with a land plot and an administrative building to the state. The market value is more than 117 million soms,» the statement says.
