Former Chairman of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan Kubanychbek Keneshovich Bokontaev has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Russia.
The corresponding decree was signed by the President of the country.
He headed the National Bank since September 2021. He left the post in June 2024 due to a transfer to another job.
