Man wanted for fraud detained in Osh city

A wanted citizen was detained in Osh city. The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

According to the ministry, the man was detained using outdoor surveillance cameras with a facial recognition function installed in public places. He is accused under Article 209 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The citizen was taken into custody as part of initiated criminal case. Investigation is ongoing.
