Large enterprises for storage and export of agricultural products will be opened in Osh, Batken, Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Ata, Balykchy and Moskovsky district. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers — Acting Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry Bakyt Torobaev announced.

- The possibility of opening a plant for the production of fertilizers from wool is being considered.
- It is planned to build a plant for processing 50,000 tons of potatoes in Issyk-Ata.
- An additional line at a poultry farm financed by the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund will be opened in Balykchy.
- A textile plant will be built on 10 hectares of land, and cotton production and processing will be established in Aravan.
- In Osh and Jalal-Abad regions, attention will be paid to the production of vegetable oil.
According to the official, daily and ten-day regulation ponds will be built in 2024. At the expense of external investments and the budget, four ten-day regulation ponds will be built and equipment will be purchased for 367 million soms. The Chui region will be allocated 350 million for the construction of the daily and ten-day regulation ponds.
«All internal economic canals will be transferred to the balance of the state. Funds are being provided for their repair,» Bakyt Torobaev said and added that it was planned to allocate at least 2 billion soms annually.
