Altynbek Kutmanov was appointed the head of the municipal administration of the Bishkek City Hall for Sverdlovsky district. The press service of the City Hall reported.
The new head of the district was appointed in accordance with the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic «On the rotation of state civil servants holding political public positions in the presidential executive office» dated June 17, 2021.
The corresponding order was signed by the Mayor of the capital Aibek Dzhunushaliev.
Before his appointment, Aibek Kutmanov held the position of state inspector of the department of organizational and inspection work and interaction with the regions of the department for preparing decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Presidential Executive Office.
Previously, Maksatbek Sargazakov headed the district. He was appointed Deputy Director of the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Government. The corresponding order was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov.
