Former MP Alaibek Alymbaev appointed Chief of Staff of Parliament

Alaibek Alymbaev has been appointed a Chief of Staff of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan. The corresponding order was signed by the Speaker of the Parliament Nurlanbek Shakiev. The press service of the Parliament reported.

Alaibek Alymbaev was born in 1980 in Gulcha village, Alai district, Osh region. In 2003 he graduated from the Osh State University, in 2007 — from the Academy of Management under the President (master’s degree), in 2009 — from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, in 2014 — the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.

He began his career in 2001 as a head of a study group at the Osh Regional Children’s Creativity Center.

He was a referent of the deputy of the Parliament, senior consultant at the department of the committee on ensuring the activities of the Committee on Social Policy and the Commission on Labor Migration Issues, consultant at the department of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Information Policy of the office of the Parliament.

In 2008-2010 — assistant to the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, in 2016-2021 — consultant, expert of the Secretariat of Respublika — Ata Jurt deputy faction.

From October to December 2021 — deputy of the Parliament of the VI convocation from Respublika- Ata Jurt party.

Since November 2022, he held the position of First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Parliament.
