President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed decrees on awarding diplomatic ranks — Envoys Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the press service of the head of state, the ranks were assigned to:
- Azamat Kadyraliev;
- Talgat Ashirbekov;
- Aibek Mamatbekov;
- Bubuira Abdyzhaparova.
