Facts of illegal provision of land plots were revealed in Osh region of Kyrgyzstan. The press center of the State Committee for National Security reported.
According to it, four employees of the branch of Cadastre state institution in Aravan district, as well as the former head of Tepe-Korgon rural administration of Aravan district were detained as part of a criminal case under Article 337 (Part 3) of the Criminal Code (abuse of official position).
«According to the results of the expert evaluation of the southern department of the forensic expert service under the Ministry of Justice, the damage from the illegal provision of land plots is 36.9 million soms,» the state committee reported.
Investigative measures are being carried out to identify other officials involved in this crime.
