Forester company and the tax officers compensated for the damage in the amount of 100 million soms. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Ten inspectors of the Tax Service were detained earlier within the criminal case on corruption. According to the investigators, the tax officers, in collusion with business representatives, deliberately underestimated the amount of taxes payable based on the results of their audits by more than 100 million soms. The director of the company Forester Alexander Cherepov was also detained in the case.
The damage caused by the actions of these officials and the group of companies «F» (Forester. — Note of 24.kg news agency) in the form of tax evasion was fully compensated to the budget.
The investigation is ongoing.
